Processing of Personal Data

In connection with the recruitment process, we process your personal data in accordance with our privacy notice.

The purpose of processing your personal data is to evaluate your application and assess your professional and personal competencies with the aim of potentially offering you employment. The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is our need to conduct this evaluation and assessment to select the right candidates for the position, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you are not hired, we will retain your personal data for up to 3 months after the conclusion of the recruitment process, after which the data will be deleted. If you are hired, your personal data will be included in our personnel file and will be subject to our applicable data retention policy.
