CHRISTIAN NOES NIELSEN advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters and transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as disputes.

Prior to joining HAAGEN & MØLLER, Christian was part of the Pharma Law team of Novo Nordisk A/S where he assisted the business with general legal support and handled a variety of legal matters and negotiations of large scale contracts including, amongst others, on infrastructure projects and procurement for Novo Nordisk’s production of pharmaceutical products.

Previously, Christian was an associate at Bech-Bruun in the litigation group where he advised Danish and international clients on a variety of disputes before the courts and in arbitral proceedings.
