CLAIRE GRØNLUND advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters and transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as debt financing. Claire also has experience with general corporate law including management and shareholder matters.

Prior to joining Haagen & Møller, Claire was part of the corporate law group at A. P. Møller-Mærsk A/S where she assisted the business with general corporate legal support and advised on a variety of transactions, including, amongst others, international corporate restructurings, acquisitions, cross-border mergers and demergers. 

Previously, Claire was an associate at Gorrissen Federspiel in the banking and finance group where she advised Danish and international lenders and borrowers on finance law in relation to debt financing, in particular acquisition financing and bond issues.
