FINN MØLLER focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance. He has represented private and public companies and private equity firms in a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestments, IPOs, takeovers, rights issues, and finance transactions.
Finn has deep knowledge of finance, accounting and audit matters and has broad experience representing companies and accounting firms in matters related to accounting and auditing, including issues related to internal investigations, review of accounts by the Danish Business Authority, and dispute resolution related to M&A transactions and accounting.
Finn is a longstanding expert member of the Danish Commerce and Companies Appeals Board, which functions as appellate authority for decisions made by the Danish Business Authority and the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, among others, and he has more than 20 years of experience adjudicating appeals on various business matters.
Prior to co-founding HAAGEN & MØLLER, Finn was a partner at Gorrissen Federspiel, where he co-headed the corporate/M&A practice group for a number of years together with Tomas Haagen.
