MALAHAT SHAHIN SALEK advises clients on various aspects of M&A transactions and corporate law matters, including group restructuring, management and ownership matters, corporate governance, share and asset transfers, investments, due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of transactional documents. Additionally, Malahat oversees project planning, management, and strategic considerations throughout all phases of a transaction.

Prior to joining Haagen & Møller, Malahat worked as an assistant attorney at SIRIUS advokater, where she was part of the Corporate and M&A department. She advised both Danish and international clients, with a particular focus on transactions, investments, and related matters such as incentive programs.
