OLAF CARL EHRENSKJÖLD focuses his practice on M&A and corporate law. For more than 30 years, he has advised Danish and international companies as well as private equity funds on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries including payment services, IT/tech, real estate and banking.

He has been involved in and has acted as lead advisor on many of the largest and most high-profile M&A transactions in Denmark and is recognised for his commercial approach as well as his extensive experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and related corporate law matters, including management and employee incentive programs.

He also advises on all start up and venture capital-related matters, as well as corporate structures including foundation of private equity funds.

Olaf frequently acts as a trusted advisor and sounding board to executive management and boards of directors, providing strategic and commercial advice throughout every stage of the transaction process.
